Meet Abbey Garcia

Abbey Garcia is the founder of Lucenti Group, LLC. From specialized reporting to full-service accounting, Abbey has a broad range of experience supporting the fiduciary needs of small business owners. Before establishing her accounting firm, she held roles such as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Director in the behavioral health and construction industries for over a decade.

Abbey is passionate about accounting and has a teacher’s heart. She loves to take the time to educate her clients about their financial statements so that they have the tools to use the valuable data being created by their business to make adjustments that improve performance and profitability.

Education and Certifications

Abbey graduated with honors from Post University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2013. She is a member of Institute of Management Accountants and is currently studying for the CMA (Certified Management Accountant) exam which is similar to the CPA designation only geared toward accountants who work in corporate accounting rather than public accounting. She is also a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP) and National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).

Family and Hobbies

In her home life, Abbey is grateful to have the unwavering support of her husband Victor and loves being a mom. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, paddleboarding, rowing, swimming, and has recently started playing pickleball. She also loves cooking new and interesting foods any chance she gets. In addition to her accounting background, Abbey is a Reiki II certified Reiki practitioner and considers herself a natural born healer.
